Through my teens and early twenties, I loved working behind a bar, front of house in restaurants, in the boxes and branded areas at events like Goodwood…the buzz of hosting, and ensuring guests are having always having a good time, is something I could never shake off. I properly got the bug for the hospitality and events industry.

I went on to study a combined music business, marketing & performance course at the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford, where I was also managing one of the town’s most popular cocktail bars. These years formed the foundations of my future; from learning how a late-night business really runs to learning the importance of a strong brand personality, all with a healthy dollop of music.

I moved up to London and started my marketing career at a Music & Celebrity PR agency in Camden with high profile clients such as Sandie Shaw, Paul Hardcastle and The Human League. I then moved into consumer PR working at some of London’s top integrated agencies, where I spent four years launching and managing the PR and journalist liaison for Jack Daniel’s music programme, Jack Rocks. From grassroots venue takeovers, to stages at legendary festivals such as Isle of Wight and Leeds, we worked with partners and media across the UK to amplify Jack Rocks while supporting the independent music scene.

“No job is too big or too small - whatever the project, I become a seamless extension of your team to help deliver amazing results.”

After agency life, I moved in-house as Head of Marketing at Rocket Leisure, a leading London hospitality business with four live music and cocktail bars. I was brought on to shape their marketing output ahead of expansion, using my multi-channel experience to build the brand recognition both online and offline, while promoting 900+ music events each year. Within those four years I led the marketing for the launches of the Old St. Records Café & Vinyl store and Eastcheap Records, one of the City’s busiest venues.

Combining my life-long passion for the industry with my 10 years’ marketing experience, I now work full-time from my office in Guildford, helping hospitality, events, music & drinks clients showcase their personality and shout about themselves to their key audience.
